My game will be made using Flash CS3. I will be coding using Action Script 3.0. I do not know that programing language that well. However, another course I am taking is teaching me it. I'd like to have this game include a realtime one-on-one multiplayer aspect at some point. I also was thinking on having other sides besides just the US and the Soviet Union. Perhaps, China, Western Europe and even the "Third World" could be playable sides. However, I am getting ahead of myself.
I think first, I need to first focus on getting one of the factions to effectively run through the simulation.
